Bruce Lankford is Emeritus Professor of Water and Irrigation Policy at the School of Global Development, University of East Anglia, UK.  He has more than 40 years of experience in agriculture, irrigation and water resources management.  His research covers irrigation science and policy in Sub-Saharan Africa, serious games in natural resource management, design for irrigation manageability, irrigation efficiency and the paracommons; river basin management and water allocation.
